Unfortunately the way the fire rate cap works means unless your tears stat is currently at or lower than the base it's a major dps down every time. [2] Tears now orbit wide around you forcing you to be a specific distance from the enemy to deal constant damage. [3] You now fire two tears at once... diagonally from the direction you shoot.
